SEA ESCAPE
Come and enjoy a relaxing holiday in a lovely house at Point Turton.
	3 bedrooms, 1st queen size bed, 2nd double bed, 3rd 4 singles. Large formal lounge area and the 2nd lounge/TV area has 2 furons that can be used. This room can be closed off for privacy. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels and tea-towels.
2 lounge areas, one with TV, DVD, VCR and stereo. 2nd lounge area has another TV. Both these rooms and the dining and kitchen areas have the great views out over the bay.
	The kitchen is fully equipped with wall oven and hot plates and micro-wave. Washing machine in laundry.
A Gas BBQ is on the front verandah with a large outdoor setting for 12. Sit back and relax while you watch the water activities. The large back yard is fully fenced with lawned area. There is also another BBQ out this side of the house. A fish filleting area and boat washing facilities are next to the shed.
