This house can sleep up to 10 people. There and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 with 2 single beds and another
bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.
Hytta is environmentally friendly and has rainwater tanks to supply all of the household water. A washing machine
is supplied for your convenience, perfect for those wishing to have an extended escape!
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with water efficient dishwater.

Enjoy your meals in the communal living areas, or cook on the 4 burner gas BBQ outside and enjoy the views while
you eat on the fully covered entertaining area, with seating for 10 people.
Hytta has reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you cool in summer and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
A TV, video and DVD player are supplied, to give you the comfort of a home away from home!
The heated floor in the bathroom will make your winter stay enjoyable and cosy.
Outside there is a hot/cold shower for that rinse off after swimming.
A double lock up garage and lots of off road parking give you space for the boat & ensure security & peace
of mind. A natural boat ramp is located only 1km from Hytta.
A private stairway is all that is between you and the beach!
Please note: Parts of Hytta have some retaining walls that are without balustrade's , therefore Hytta may not be
suitable for those with small children.
