One of the newest beach houses at Hardwicke Bay, this 4 bedroom,
2 bathroom house is situated opposite the park/playground and a very short walk through the sand dunes to a beautiful
sandy area of Hardwicke Bay.
1st bedroom is appointed with a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom.
2nd bedroom has a double bed
3rd bedroom has a double bed with a single on top. (bunk style) also a seperate single bed.
4th bedroom has a fold down double with single on top. (bunk style)
Ceiling fans in front 2 bedrooms.
Quilts and pillows are provided.
Tenants to supply own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea-towels.
The large lounge and dining room has reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV, DVD and video.
Large picture windows overlook the park/playground.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, full stove,
microwave and has the luxury of a dish-washer.
There are 2 covered outdoor entertainment areas with a
large 4 burner BBQ and outdoor setting and more.
