The Decks is architecturally and ergonomically designed to
take advantage of the sea breezes, a booklet on how this works is at the house for you to peruse on arrival.
During the cooler months of the year there is underfloor heating and a fireplace is in the lounge room.
The lounge has TV. DVD.Video and stereo.
All rooms, including the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
4 bedrooms, 2 queen size and number 3 and 4 have 4 singles in each.
All have quilts and pillows provided.
The 1st bedroom has an ensuite, take a shower with views out to sea.
The 2nd shower room and toilet service the 3 other bedrooms.
Spectacular open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas, with a wall of bifold doors opening out onto the front
decking, which has an outdoor kitchen with large gas BBQ.
If the weather is cooler, just open the bifold doors to one end and you have a servery to the BBQ.
A chill compartment for drinks as built into the servery.
The dining table also acts as a table tennis table. Batts and balls are supplied.
The kitchen has a 10 carton fridge for drinks + another fridge for food, the stove has 4 burners + a wok burner,
dishwasher.
The laundry is equipped with a spare freezer and washing machine.
The Decks sleeps 12. Bring your own sheets, towels and tea-towels.
